Lisa Nievaard is honored to lead the talented team at Zyviva Laboratories as we embark on our journey to bring the future of wellness to consumers around the globe.

Lisa brings over two decades of experience from her tenure at The Coca-Cola Company’s North America Operating unit, where she served as a pivotal leader for 22 years until her retirement in March 2023. During her career, Lisa collaborated with 38 out of the Company’s 66 bottling partners in the United States, building strategic relationships to deliver growth.

Her journey with Coca-Cola began in 2001, where she played an integral role in the local marketing activation team for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. Following this, Lisa steadily ascended through various operational, sales, and marketing roles, honing her expertise and solidifying her career trajectory in franchise leadership.

In her capacity as General Manager of Franchise Leadership, Lisa oversaw operations with 20 bottling partners across 19 states, as well as Guam and Micronesia. Her focus on world class partnership ensured the commercial success and strategic alignment of Coca-Cola’s brands, resulting in an annual delivery of $2 billion revenue dollars and over 200 million cases of volume. Notably, Lisa’s group of bottling partners spearheaded distinctive growth in the US for nearly a decade, navigating challenges such as the 2020 pandemic with resilience and agility.
Lisa’s multifaceted skill set encompasses sales and operations management, marketing, revenue growth management, and strategic planning. Her commitment to excellence in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is evident in her proficiency in project and risk management, as well as her ability to build high- performing teams.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Lisa serves as a Director on the Board of FinWise Bank, where she brings her strategic acumen and leadership mindset to the banking industry. Additionally, she serves on the Executive Board of Primary Children’s Hospital’s beloved fundraiser, the Festival of Trees, contributing to the organization’s legacy of supporting the hospital for over five decades.
