His Skills
Tad has come to trust himself in a courtroom. Trials have taught him to communicate, present a compelling story, and convince reasonable people to accept a reasonable outcome. His skills are honesty, logic, open communication, and a willingness to listen and analyze. He can often do this without taking himself too seriously. He actively counsels many corporations, hospitals, churches, and individuals. He also has extensive transactional and corporate experience, including document formation and drafting, operations assistance, and risk management.

Other interests
Aside from his legal practice, he is a self-taught welder, carpenter, and craftsman. He recently built his new home with many unique and handcrafted features, such as entrance gates, curved suspended stairways, and railings. He has patented a travel wallet and developed several concept prototypes for current clients.
Legally, he has innovated and lectured on several new approaches to Civil Rights cases and other complex litigation techniques. Many of the things he has built are the “expression of words and ideas,” and he has served as a national lecturer/presenter, pro tem judge, and trial lawyer.
